Terms & Conditions

  1. The rental prices on our website are correct and charged per function and not per day. The hired items can be collected up to ten days before the event.
  2. The hired items must be returned the Monday after the event. In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing the return, please contact us.
  3. If you exceed the agreed return date by more than 2 days, a late fee will be deducted from your refundable deposit.
  4. If functions are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will gladly postpone, and a new date of hire is permitted.
  5. When hired items are booked in advance (reserved) a booking fee of 50% of the rental price must be paid - Should the item/s not be collected or in the event of cancellations the booking fee IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
  6. Customer must supply proof of identity and a refundable deposit is payable at the time of collection.
  7. On collection, the balance of the hire and refundable deposit of R300 – R500, depending on item hired, must be paid. The deposit must be paid in cash and will be refunded in cash or on credit card that has a refund option and will be refunded on credit card. We are unable to do refunds on the following cards: Capitec cards, Tyme bank cards and virtual cards. A deduction will occur when EFT deposits are refunded in order to cover banking fees.
  8. The customer accepts that any costs incurred as a result of – unremovable stains/damages to the hired items will be payable from the customer’s deposit. In case of severe damage or loss of item, the customer agrees to pay in extra to cover the cost of the item.
  9. Please note all items must be returned to the shop, the security deposit does not cover the cost of the items.

FITTING TERMS AND APPOINTMENTS

  1. Clients can come through for fittings from 3 weeks before a function and brides and matric dances from 6 weeks before a function. Please note that we work by appointment only and although appointments can be made on the day, this will be subject to availability, rather book early.
  2. Should you book a fitting before the specified times above, a fitting fee of R100 for three (3) items or R150 for five (5) items will be applicable.
  3. All wedding dresses have a fitting fee of R50 per dress.
  4. This fee will have to be paid prior to trying on any items.
  5. Due to the high volume of clients who can only come through on Saturdays, we are only able to cater for clients whose functions are within the next three weeks on a Saturday.
